Following a telephone campaign by the Directors and Steering Committee to over 300 farmers attended the initial information meetings in July 2009; there has been a request by some farmers to extend the time to lodge an application due to the early harvest.

The Directors are meeting with the joint venture partner Emerald Grains in Melbourne on the 16th of December 2009 to finalise the share issue and joint venture.
At a Directors meeting today 7th December 2009 It was acknowledged that considering the poor harvest in most regions the support from local farmers will ensure over $700,000.00 will be raised.
